Abstract

This article analyzes the interaction between transformational leadership and the social sciences as strategic foundations for human management and institutional sustainability. Using a documentary approach, it reviews theoretical contributions from Bass (2021), Northouse (2022), Fullan (2023), Bolívar (2021), and Giddens (2020) to identify how the inspiring influence of leadership can be integrated with the analytical and ethical principles of social science. Findings reveal that transformational leadership fosters innovation, empathy, and collective participation, while social sciences provide structural understanding, ethical grounding, and systemic vision. The convergence of both perspectives generates a comprehensive management model focused on equity, resilience, and human well-being, which are essential for twenty-first-century organizations.
