Critical epistemology of organizational knowledge management from the perspective of socio-productive innovation and cultural transformation
Abstract
At the dawn of the 21st century, global dynamism and ubiquitous digitalization, coupled with the inherent structural uncertainty of our time, compel educational, productive, and social institutions to reconfigure their paradigms of management, leadership, and training. Faced with the inadequacy of old mechanistic models based on predictability and linear control, critical organizational epistemology is emerging with force. This perspective offers an integrative, transdisciplinary, and situated view, where innovation, knowledge management, educational transformation, and even human development constitute interdependent pillars, whose articulation is essential to guarantee sustainability and resilience in highly complex environments.
