Liderazgo Estratégico: clave para la sostenibilidad en los entornos educativos contemporáneos

Este artículo analiza el liderazgo estratégico como palanca de sostenibilidad en entornos educativos contemporáneos, con foco en la alineación visión-estrategia-cultura para asegurar continuidad pedagógica, equidad y desempeño institucional. Mediante un estudio documental (2020–2025), se integran contribuciones recientes sobre liderazgo distribuido, ética organizacional, gobernanza participativa e innovación tecnológica aplicada. Los hallazgos indican que la sostenibilidad educativa descansa en tres vectores: liderazgo ético y participativo, gestión adaptativa de recursos (humanos, financieros y digitales) y cultura de aprendizaje profesional continuo. Se concluye que los líderes efectivos gestionan el cambio con base en evidencia, protegen el bienestar del talento docente y articulan alianzas con la comunidad, reduciendo riesgos operativos y fortaleciendo resiliencia institucional. Se proponen lineamientos de política y gestión para consolidar capacidades internas, priorizar metas de alto impacto y asegurar escalabilidad sin perder coherencia estratégica.
