New management trends: challenges in times of change

The purpose of this study is to uncover the management trends of organizations in Venezuela, focusing on key characteristics and categories such as agile management, holacracy, and artificial intelligence, highlighting their competencies and effectiveness in transforming the managerial landscape. The research consists of a theoretical, documentary, and bibliographic review. The testimonies indicate the challenges facing Venezuelan management today. Management must implement a strategic plan, which organizations should consider in order to achieve competitiveness, attract talent, and ensure future sustainability. As a final reflection, it is important to train management personnel, eliminating their resistance to change so they can work efficiently, considering scientific and technological advances in management trends, creating a structure that motivates them to achieve objectives, solving problems, and confronting results.
