The evolution of technology and computer development has enabled the establishment of new approaches to work, leading to radical changes in the training of current professionals. Thus, the offering of innovative solutions in the management of dental sciences has contributed to the delivery of quality patient care, considering new presentation alternatives thanks to the digitization of processes. However, deficiencies have been identified in the methods of diagnosis and treatment planning for dentofacial harmonization in totally edentulous patients (Aguirre-Aguirre et al., 2018). To address this problem, a quantitative, descriptive, and applied research was developed, using surveys of 61 students and 5 teachers from the School of Dentistry of the Universidad José Antonio Páez. The results showed inconsistencies in the total rehabilitation protocol, the partial disregard of the principles of dentofacial harmonization, and the need to implement diagnostic and therapeutic support technologies. In response to these needs, the Harmonic Pro computer system was designed using the InsideOut software engineering model. Harmonic Pro works as an auxiliary tool for the accentuated evaluation of patients with dentofacial harmonization needs in total dentures. The system facilitates a dental practice closer to the patient's reality, allows for case projections and digital evaluations, and includes a risk detection and error correction framework. These features in enviroment digital odontology make Harmonic Pro an effective, attractive, friendly, and functional solution for optimizing the diagnosis and treatment of dentofacial harmonization in total dentures.
